1. Eligibility for Returns
•Return Window: Return products should be return with in 3 -4 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it... and in its original packaging
•Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are nun-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:
•Custom or made-to-order furniture
•Clearance or final sale items
•Personalized items
•Items that have been assembled or modified
2. How to Initiate a Return
• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nakodaexports.in or +91 9649932531 within the return window, Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
• Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Retum Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return any items without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
•Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
•Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please contact us for guidance.
4. Refund Process
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets
Refund: our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email/WhatsApp. If your refund approves amount will be credited with 7 - 10 days for your original payment method.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking lee of 10% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• Report Damage: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of delivery at info@nakodaexports.in. Provide photos/videos of the damage or defect
and the packaging.
6. Cancellations
• Order Cancellation: if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@nakodaexports.in, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
•Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Refund Delays and Issues
• Processing Time: After the product is received at our end, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company first.
